Use Couchwork on your phone
Couchwork works in your phone's browser, and you can add it to your home screen so it behaves like an app.
You'll need
Your Couchwork address starts with https://. Ask your admin if you're not sure.
Add it to your home screen
- Open your Couchwork address in your phone's browser and sign in.
- Tap your picture or initials at the bottom left of the sidebar, to open Profile & preferences.
- Find the This device section and tap Install Couchwork.
Good to know
On an iPhone, use Safari instead: tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen. You need iOS 16.4 or newer for notifications.
Turn on notifications
- In the same This device section, tap Turn on notifications.
- Allow notifications when your phone asks.
You'll then get a notification for direct messages, @mentions, replies to your messages, and reminders when they come due.
Tip
On an iPhone, notifications only work once Couchwork is on your home screen and opened from there.
