Settings explained
Settings has a page for you, and a longer list for admins. Here's what each one does.
- Click Settings at the bottom of the left-hand bar.
- Pick a page from the list on the left.
For everyone: Profile & preferences
- Your picture and display name.
- Appearance: light or dark, and your colour (Set your theme colour).
- Sign-in & security: change your email or password, and turn on two-factor authentication (a code from an authenticator app, on top of your password).
- Notifications: whether you're told about direct messages, @mentions and replies on this computer.
- Daily summary email: an optional morning email of what needs your attention.
For admins: Administration
- Workspace: the workspace name, phone-notification options, how desktop apps find updates, and a switch to require two-factor for everyone.
- People: everyone in the workspace, their role, and deactivating or resetting accounts (Add a team member).
- Invites: make invite codes to add people (Add a team member).
- AI assistant: connect an AI provider, rename the assistant, give it instructions and let it search the web (Set up the AI assistant, Let the AI search the web with Tavily).
- Integrations: maps (Set up maps with a Mapbox token), webhooks (tell other apps when something happens here, such as a new lead) and API keys (let other software read and add your data).
- Single sign-on: let people sign in with an existing account instead of a password.
- Plan & billing: only on hosted plans (Upgrade your plan).
- Backups: automatic nightly backups and off-site copies (Back up your data).
- Activity: a log of important changes, so you can see who changed what.
Good to know
Don't see the Administration list? Only admins can. Ask your admin if you need something changed.
