Upgrade your plan

If you're on a Couchwork hosted plan, you can add places for more people, or have the AI included, in a couple of clicks.

1. Click Settings, then Plan & billing under Administration.
2. At the top, Your plan shows what you're on, what it costs, how many places are in use and when it renews.
3. Under Change plan, choose the number of people you want.
4. Tick AI included if you want us to cover the AI costs, so there's no key to manage. Untick it to remove it.
5. You'll see the new monthly price. Click Change plan and confirm.

What you'll be charged

• Going up: your card is charged now for the difference for the rest of this billing period, then the new price each month.
• Going down: you keep what you've paid for until the renewal date, then the lower price starts. There's no refund for the current period.

Card, invoices and cancelling

Click Manage billing to update your card, download invoices or cancel. It opens in a new tab.
